Known as “All Over Lurex” the sparkle effect from the lurex yarn covers the whole outside of the Elastic. The inside of the Elastic is plain and smooth for skin contact. An ideal Elastic for Rock n Roll skirts, Dress ups and your next creative apparel project.

No maximum order size and we can create indent forward orders for your ongoing requirements.
